The Capitol is meant to be the main center of population in Gallifrey II. It is full of shops and is close to the TARDIS Control Centre has well. This place was the least damaged by the war, although it has a lot of wear from the weather, the citizens, and being abandoned for a few years. Mags recently discovered this place and is restoring it.

Mags walked around the city admiring it's historic beauty. She often did not travel before the 1800s, but she enjoyed the ancient Greek and Roman touches to it.

Morrígan walked cautiously down the strip of pavement, looking at the strange, mostly-restored ruins.

Mags hears footsteps and turns around, she quickly takes out her sonic screwdriver and scans the area. She lets go of the button, and looks at the tip of it.

She turned and listened to a faint crackling sonic sound.

"Another life form... Intresting," she whispers to herself and she clicks the sonic screwdriver back together. She slowly walks towards the location of the lifeform, not knowing what it is.

Mags, still looking at the sonic screwdriver, followed the form, then quickly stepping to the side, gaining speed to get ahead of the form. She suddenly walked back out onto the road. "Oi!"
